Greg is currently Chief Executive Officer and President of Shamrock Holdings, Inc., a diversified private investment company wholly-owned by members of the Roy E. and Patricia A. Disney Family.  

Since its formation, Shamrock, located in Burbank, California, has managed public securities investments and private equity and real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion.

Greg has been a trusted advisor to Cadence and its Board of Directors for the past several years, with a focus on financial and corporate governance.

Greg has served in various capacities on the Board of Directors of Ionetix Corporation, Etiometry, Evolved By Nature, and A.S. Roma S.p.A.  Mr. Martin has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County, and is currently a member of the Investment Committee of the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Foundation.
