Samantha serves as Co-CEO and is a Co-Founder of Cadence OTC.  She is a biopharmaceutical executive leader with more than two decades of experience mastering pharma partnering, product and technology acquisitions, corporate financing, strategic planning, commercial planning, supply chain negotiations, regulatory management, and PR/IR. Samantha has deep entrepreneurial experience as well having served as Chief Business Officer for pharma start-ups InCarda and Dance Biopharm.  She also led business development for mid-market ventures Theravance, Inhale/Nektar, and Onyx. Samantha holds a BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego, an MS in Immunology/Molecular Biology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester.
