Co-Founder, Co-CEO & Chief Medical Officer

Nap is a Co-Founder of Cadence OTC and serves as Co-CEO and Chief Medical Officer.  With over 30 years of practice as an OB/GYN, Nap is a recognized public health innovator and expert in maternal and child health services. He is the 2016 recipient of the Carl S. Schultz Lifetime Achievement Award in Public Health. At Kaiser Permanente Northern California he was responsible for hospital utilization and pharmacy compliance for a medical center serving 250,000 members. Nap created and led the on-line MPH program for UC Berkeley's School of Public Health, and at the same time founded an innovative non-profit, Impact Carbon. He holds a BS from McGill University, an MD from the University of West Indies, Jamaica, and his MPH and MBA studies were completed at the University of California, Berkeley.
