Katherine leads financial planning and reporting for Cadence.  She has more than 10 years’ experience in accounting and finance ranging from start-ups to large public companies. Prior to joining Cadence OTC, she was the Financial Reporting Manager for a large public company with expertise analyzing global business operations, streamlining financial reporting procedures and implementing process improvements to achieve strategic financial goals. Katherine has been a financial consultant in developing countries and consultant to private equity firms. She started her career as an assurance associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Katherine is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a BBA in Accounting and a MS in Finance from Texas A&M University as well as an MPH from the University of California, Berkeley.
